The studio residence at Grand Timber Lodge is perfect for a couple or small family. Approximately 400 sq. feet of living space. The studio offers a queen bed, comfortable sleeper sofa and full bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. The Kitchenette provides a mini refrigerator, microwave oven, two-burner stove and a mini-dishwasher.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Amazing stay! The ski in/ski out access was perfect & better than expected! The hot tubs were great, excellent food options on property & all amenities you could want.

Great location for a Breck ski trip. Easy ski in/ski out off the Snowflake lift and trail. Jodie was very responsive, as was the Grand Timber staff. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub combos. Positive experience and would definitely stay again.

This location was absolutely perfect for skiing! It was walking distance to the Snowflake or Beaver Run lifts, and two different trails off the mountain. The amenities are amazing with indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor parking, activities center, shuttle to/from town, and much, much more. I would highly recommend this location for your next ski trip!
